3 Weeks

Since the dynamic duo are just about three weeks old- I thought some updates on their activities might be in order...

As demonstrated here- they have a very hectic schedule- Christopher prefers to nap completely undercover, while Ms. Phoebe prefers a more aristocratic position.

Most days are full of new adventures...including such strange rituals as bathing, which Phoebe is still not sure she enjoys...

They have also begun to show us more of their personalities-- Christopher clearly enjoys politics, as was evident during the recent VP debate:

Additionally, they both also continue to work on their imitations-- this one is Phoebe doing a tree frog (we think):

and Christopher's version of Zoolander--
but again, these are just our best guesses...

Kerry's Kuties

First we have Daniela with Phoebe and Christopher just before they leave the hospital...

And here is Kiara... in love with Phoebe...

Kerry's Korner

I've hacked my way into Abby's blog so I'm going to add a few photos of my own...

Coming Home

Here are a few pictures from the day we left the hospital. Thank God for my Mom (Mo-ma to the children who know and love her-- including her new grandchildren) who was with me the whole way, I cannot imagine having done this without her strength and encouragement. Kerry (as always) brought love, support and more practical help than I can describe. Kerry's daughter and self-proclaimed "big sister" Daniela (Ppod) was on hand, and Aunties Lara and Michele drove us home with great care.

Clearly the ride home was one a huge blast because by the time we got home- they both looked like they had done some serious partying...Phoebe even managed to put her socks on her hands, I guess this is really funny to other babies? Once home, however, we settled in and starting trying to figure out how this is all going to work...
